How it works
Sending in your ECM for diagnostic or repair is simple. Our process is designed to give you clear expectations, fast turnaround, and complete transparency from start to finish.
1. Complete the Intake Form
Tell us about your equipment, symptoms, and what kind of diagnostic level you need. This helps us prepare for your ECM before it arrives.
2. Choose Your Shipping Method
Ship the ECM yourself, or select one of our prepaid shipping options. We send you everything you need to package and ship your unit safely.
3. We Diagnose Your ECM
Once received, your ECM enters our testing bench. We perform component-level diagnostics to identify faults accurately—not guesswork. You will receive a direct update from us within 24–48 business hours.
4. Approve Repair or Exchange
If the ECM is repairable, we send you a detailed quote. Your diagnostic deposit is applied toward the repair or replacement cost. If your ECM cannot be repaired, we’ll offer an exchange option when available.
5. Fast Return Shipping
Once approved, your ECM is repaired, tested under load, sealed, and shipped back quickly so you can get your equipment running again.
